What it costs to call us.
Four kinds of visit cover almost every call. Here is what each one includes and where the price starts.
Repair
No cooling, no heat, odd noises, or a unit that keeps shutting off. We find the cause and quote it before we touch anything.

Two or three systems sized to your home, priced side by side. The old unit is hauled away.

Before you call.
How often should I change my filter?
Most homes do well with a new filter every one to three months. Check it monthly in summer, when the system runs the most. A clogged filter makes the system work harder.
My AC is running but the house is still warm. Why?
Common causes are a dirty filter, a frozen coil, low refrigerant or a failing part. If you see ice on the unit, turn the system off and call. Running it can cause more damage.
How long does a system last?
Many systems last 12 to 15 years with regular care. Atlanta summers are hard on equipment, so a yearly tune-up helps.
Do you work weekends?
